Dotsure
Dotsure is a South African insurance company that specialises in pet and motor insurance. They pride themselves on genuinely caring about their customers (and their pets) and, undertook a complete rebrand that included a refresh of all existing assets including their website.
As the Lead Content Specialist, I worked closely with the Marketing Manager and Brand Manager to develop and deliver the brand's new content strategy roadmap, along with ensuring communications were optimised for and implemented across all touch points to drive brand awareness, product education, and lead generation.
